SHIPPING POLICY

Vitelle Shop is committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us at support@vitelleshop.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.


REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return: Email support@vitelleshop.com. A return label and instructions will be provided once approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages: Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care goods.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.
